To drive this expansion, TSL has appointed Victor Oluwasegun Oyenibi as Business Director (Sales and Strategy). A dynamic sales trailblazer and market expansion specialist with over 18 years of experience.

Oyenibi holds a B.Eng in Electrical Engineering from University of Ilorin, an MBA from Metropolitan School of Business and Management, UK (2018), and a Certificate in Leadership and Strategic Change Management from London School of Business & Finance (2019).

He has worked in notable IT organizations and OEMs like CWG, BCX now ARRAVO, Inlaks and Huawei Technologies. He previously served as Senior Director, Business Solutions at Mayworth Contracting Limited UK, where he drove 25% revenue growth and 30% efficiency increase. At CATAGEN UK, he secured a £4m renewable energy project from the UK government.

At TSL, he will drive sales, strategy, and scalable IT solutions across West Africa.
