The court case between Alhaji Moshood Adeoti popularly known Sheu and Governor Gboyegba Isiaka Oyetola aka Ileri-Oluwa earlier postponed to June 20, 2022 did hold earlier today.

Adeoti was in court on the ground that Governor OYETOLA did not resign his position as a member of the APC Caretaker Executives when he contested the gubernatorial primary of his party

The Court began proper hearing at about 0930hrs.
The Presiding Judge heard the applications and requested from the parties to make adjournment.

Counsel for Governor Oyetola, Mr. Saka Layonu SAN propose for 2 weeks adjournment but was countered by Moshood Adeoti’s counsel, Mike Kaase Andoaaka SAN, that the case must be decided before July 16 election day.

The Judge rejected the 2 weeks plea from Oyetola’s counsel and submitted that a closer date should be chosen not less than a week, and adjourned case to 29th June, 2022 for final applications and subsequent delivery of judgement.
