“We are taking Nigeria to the 21st century education system that will provide us with skills. All over the world, there is severe shortage of manpower. We want a situation where Nigerians will go abroad as expatriates with skills, make money for themselves and also return money home.

“We want Nigerians to be proud expatriates, not as road sweepers or dead bodies cleaners, but to go out as Nigerians with skills, proudly, and contribute not just to national development, but to the development of the world this is a major part of the assignment of the Institute.”. he stated.

Meanwhile, Adebayo stressed that President Tinubu is determined to charting a path towards providing an ideological foundation for governance in line with the aspirations of Nigerians.

He noted that the ideology which he described as progressive even though a universal movement, will be tailored to meet the aspirations of Nigeria and Nigerians within the context of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

“What is evolving now is that the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, and the National Chairman of our party, the All Progressive Congress, are determined to chart a path towards providing an ideological foundation for governance, as well as for the APC.

“There is a deliberate attempt to develop an ideology for the party Let me say this. In doing that, what the party has done, what the Chairman of the party has
done, is to assemble a team of experts across the board, political scientists, journalists, professors, sociologists, and others, who have a clear understanding of Nigeria, its people, its history, the trajectory of this country, the fears and aspirations of Nigerians.”. he added.
