The State of African Diaspora, SOAD, a new region created by African Union, AU has completed plans to extend humanitarian gestures to Africans trapped in the war zones of Russia and Ukraine.

According to SOAD Prime Minister, Dr. Louis-Georges Tin, Africans in Ukraine neighbouring countries will be sent humanitarian plane to evacuate them.

The Prime Minister added that this notice is necessary so as to inform the teaming Africans in Poland, Hungary, Zlovakia, and Romania to be ready for SOAD evacuation plane.

He urges anyone who come across this message to please pass it round for African refugees in Ukraine neighbouring countries.
