OURANOS Group Appoints Mfon Okon as Group Managing Director and CEO

In his new role, Mfon succeeds Joseph Aransiola, the outgoing Group Managing Director and CEO, who concludes his decade-long tenure on December 31, 2024. As a co-founder, Joseph has been instrumental in transforming OURANOS from its inception into a thriving multinational organization operating in four major African countries.

The OURANOS Group, comprising OURANOS TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (Nigeria), OURANOS ICT SERVICES LIMITED (Benin), iOURANOS (Ghana), and OURANOS LLC (Cameroon), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mfon Okon as its new Group Managing Director and CEO, effective January 1, 2025.

Mfon Okon, currently serving as the Group COO, brings nearly two decades of expertise in technology, business, and people management. He has previously held leadership roles as Managing Director of OURANOS LLC and OURANOS, where he played a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Group’s strategy. His contributions include driving market penetration, overseeing financial performance, managing capital allocation processes, and resolving complex business challenges.

His leadership portfolio includes designing and implementing business strategies, setting comprehensive goals for growth, fostering company culture and vision, overseeing operations, leading employees to maximize performance, evaluating data-driven performance metrics, and managing strategic partnerships.

Mfon holds a Bsc in Economics & an MBA both from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University.. He has undergone advanced training in strategy, leadership, and key account management across Lagos, South Africa, and the USA.
