The Osun State Governorahip Election Petitions Tribunal has declared the candidate of the All Progressives Congress for the July 17, 2022 governorship election in the state, Adegboyega Oyetola, as the winner.
The three-man Tribunal delivered the judgment on Friday.
It thus declared the declaration of Senator Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party as winner of the election by the Independent National Electoral Commission as null and void.
